Yes, I've read e.Digitals opposed response ....IMO the responses are the issues that the court has framed its preliminary around.

I just thought that maybe the courts tentative was filed.....it's got to be a sealed issue...in no way would the court reveal its considered thoughts.

We have to wait for the hearing and filings and then compare what we have, to what gets finalized.
