We have 1/2 of the big picture in place....being able to re-litigate claim 2...of 108....settlements are pending on this issue.

We are waiting on claim 1 construction ruling set for the 12th of DEC....if the remaining defendants involved for claim 1 do not settle prior to the 12th...based on what they see in the courts tentative ruling....eg Verbatim todays news.

108 claim 1 and 2, though not identical to the sole memory language, there is some closely related over lapping detail.

We wait, the SP is not important while waiting on this drama to play out.
