Where over 10 mill was collected form 7 defendants....and it never made it to a claims construction ruling.

Here we are now shooting at 100 +/- defendants and nothing is showing up post CO ruling.

IMO, if a defendant settled 774 only, on the merits of the CO ruling, they are going to be revisted with 108.....that includes Apple.
