If I put an order in to buy 1000s at .038 and someone decides to accommodate me and sell me their shares at that price is it a buy?

Alternatively if I put and order in to sell 10000s at .044 and someone thinks it's a good price and buys my shares at that price is it a sell?

price going up with volume = good

price going down with volume = not so good

Friday we experienced the former.
