It went through a vast test of the judicial system, including re-exam.

Every scenario has now been tossed at it.

Most see the SC court as being un-just with its CE ORDER.... where I see that court giving us SSD's, along with forcing e.Digital to harden the issues of 108....including a ruled separation of the patent issues.

That vast test made it easy for the current judge to understand ALL the issues.

Even though it took some time, that is what I now have come to appreciate. All questionable issues have been covered in detail.... including many other issues to lengthy to convey in simple words.

This is about a whole new eco-system of computing having may moving parts.... and the primary memory issues are the initial king pin.

This was not just about 108 and 774...as 445 can now be throttled wide open.

Teddy must come to terms with this…as it all worked for he and the rest of us.
