My bad, I thought they settled 774 just prior to claims construction ruling, they settled just after. More the possibility that they are revisited by 108....

Anyway, everything fell apart because of the claims construction order...and commenting on HTC's agreement, as being a "mirage", has no real merit....

As it all became a "mirage"… 7-28-11
