Yep Dischino, IMO, this is the beginning of a slow and steady trend upward not the end like some stock traders seem to be anticipating. In my opinion, winning the APPEAL for PATENT 108 and winning on all counts of the Claim Construction gives e.Digital a very SOLID foundation to go after much larger settlements. When before they had to settle for peanuts just to keep the doors open... WELL, not any more...LOL... HANDAL has some LEVERAGE to go the distance when before going to trial would have been suicide. IN MY OPINION OF COURSE. I expect HANDAL to start another round of litigation soon unless they can get licenses upfront... that course of action may already be in the works. WHO KNOWS... but these times they are a changin!

It looks to me like NEW MONEY and SOME OLD MONEY have joined us again or existing shareholders have added to their stock pile of shares. So, whatever the case, its all good.
