It's interesting if you look at the list of trades. Most trades are reported to 3 decimal points. It looks like someone may have had a large series of limit buy orders that traded at:

0.11, 0.12, 0.13 and 0.14.

There were just 4 trades at 0.14, but for a total of 724,100 shares.

Someone knows...(or strongly suspects)....something really good.
