WOW is RIGHT... just look at the positives that has happened for e.Digital over the last month, no wonder the stock price is moving up.... PATENT 108 released from Collateral eStoppel, then vindicated by winning All 12 claim disputes in the Markman hearing... AMAZING>...SIMPLY AMAZING.

No MORE B.S. about SOLE MEMORY and RAM....LOLOLOL I'm so happy for e.Digital, HANDAL, and the Shareholders. The APPEAL JUDGES knew what they were doing... FINALLY. e.Digital got is JUST REWARD and will continue to get JUSTICE. IN MY OPINION... its the FRESH START WE ALL NEEDED.

Now, we have a SOLID FOUNDATION to build on... and potentially MUCH LARGER SETTLEMENTS. We have a SOLID MARKMAN HEARING under our belt that CAN NOT BE DENIED and that's the LEVERAGE Handal needs... After years of settling for scraps, listening to all the B.S. about the patents being damn near worthless, e.Digital's worth has increased exponentially. Patent 108 has been vindicated.

Its time for shareholders to rejoice and many of them are doing just that... lots of shareholders have bought back in or increased their holdings. Also, NEW MONEY is buying shares of the little digger that could. EDIG has been setting new 52 week highs every day for the last week...I expect the buying volume to increase into the new year 2015.

SPEECHLESS....NOPE... I'm not SPEECHLESS at all, I'm shouting it from the rooftops.... VINDICATION is the keyword for the year 2014. Now, we go into 2015 with renewed hope of better times for e.Digital, HANDAL, and our beloved shareholders.
