First issue to digest, among other current issues, what Micron does? Myself, I would hope the price escalates, in some fashion, to settle if it goes all the way to claims construction FEB 2015. I've reviewed the claim matters ...they are the same, less one issue to construe.

Micron is staring down a double barrel... with the recent appeal ruling and a recent claims construction detailing the same matters.

Lets see the test of how strong they are first.
