OK YA`ALL

Here`s an experts opinion. If you care? I say I am qualified as an expert for those who don`t know me, because I made a lot of money on this stock for clients back when. I have the records to prove it. I talked to Robert.P recently and I say take this with a grain of salt. He said Mike; we have been here before and look what happened in the past. I say after talking with him, that #1 he could be delusional, OR, #2 maybe we can get a repeat of the past to some extent. I know they are proud, know denying this as this is the reason they would not go with Wencor. Amtrak, is now open game even though e.digital forwarded this contact when they first ``came to e.digital,`` to Wencor. e.digital is no longer obligated and can pursue ``Any`` prospects for business that comes their way. Interesting to note is that Amtrak/Railway media approached e.digital, not Wencor. I believe that this move on Wencor`s part to try and circumvent something different, is ``Very`` risky, and at the point of biting their nose off despite their face. You ``Never`` disrupt a ``good product`` sales flow (product winning ``IFE product of the year,`` could very well cost Brent his job.``), in mid stream and take a chance that someone else can do it as good, maybe better, it appears they tried this with the makers of the ``Pea.`` I think e.digital stands a good chance at getting this business back, and it should be for a premium. I don`t even know who Triad is? But, I do know this; e.digital has a technology whose time is ``almost`` upon them. If their micro OS is as robust as I believe it to be, 1 of 2 things will happen. #1 their tech will be in big demand for its capabilities for creating a device that can do it all. You have to give e.digital the benefit of the doubt; they are producing video with all the other functionality and ``Better`` than DVD quality, lest you forget? Amongst other technical marvels I won`t spend my time on this, do your refresher course. Now, I asked Robert many years ago if this would be the catalyst for a boom in e.digital, and he said ( and I agree.), that the market will be fragmented for many years, and ``All`` those wanting to compete for these types of devices will face stiff competition and it will be fierce. And that the more a company tries to integrate, and converge all the different technologies out there into one device, ``THE MORE VALUABLE E.DIGITAL`S TECHNOLOGY BECOMES!`` So, the million/billion dollar question is, does e.digital`s technology still enjoy the same leading edge over others today? Ask this question from management, get an answer, and it will determine whether or not e.digital stock is a buy, a hold, or a sell. My expert opinion on this is, if you are a speculator and can afford to lose ``All`` your money in a stock, and like what you`re seeing, then buy it, or average ``Way down`` at these prices. I did this back in 1997-1998 for investors willing to listen, and those that did, realized profits only a lotto ticket winner could reap, it paid off in spades! I have always told investors that even though e.digital had a meteoric rise in 1999-2000, that I was ``still`` invested in it to see the ``micro OS,`` become mainstream (possibly a standard.). It is unbelievably unforeseen that a technology (micro OS.), we thought in 1995 was several years ahead of its time, maybe ``just finally`` getting its dues possibly in part to the current managements foresight. Knowing they couldn`t compete with the audio big boys, they focused and concentrated on Video devices early. This my friends could finally prevail as the catalyst to make e.digital the technology marvel some of us have always dreamed of? Competition is the ``Key`` word. Putting the above aside, there is no denying that revenues and profits are rising, and that costs are decreasing. I think this might change with W.Blakely aboard without knowing what his salary is for certain. I do think it is time for Fred Faulk to do us all a favor, step aside, all the while hiring the best sales person replacement he can for everyone involved, It`s time! I know that e.digital will focus on the stock price when things are really cooking business wise. Until then don`t let the ``Short sellers`` talk you out of your decision. As you know, and as emit, I, and others have consistently reported in the news, the unfair strategy that the SEC/NASD has silently approved (but now being admitted to.), and has been bamboozled into believing serves a purpose in American stock trading markets, is finally about to be exposed for ``All`` the abuses that have plagued everyday investors, and the demise of many, many, small co.s stocks because of this cart blanche approval to try and curtail Pump-n-dump stocks. All the while it`s been easy money for creative (mainly ``Unregulated`` offshore hedge funds/terrorists?), to make for sure money by ``naked`` short selling everything first, and then answering to everyone effected later without any repercussions. Make ``NO`` mistake about it people, e.digital has been a victim of ``Naked`` short selling which is ``illegal.`` The problem is like for many other companies trying to prove it after the fact, and the selling/shorting is done. Then it`s too late, the damage has already been done. It`s easy to yell ``FIRE`` in a theater betting that everyone will exit. The problem is trying to find the culprits after the money has been made. It`s difficult and why the SEC needs to step in immediately (failed deliveries.), and make them cover. Unlimited selling would kill IBM, but definitely any lesser stock. It behooves ``All of you`` to follow the Overstock story (OSTK), as Dr. Patrick Byrne seems to not be willing to take a backend screwing laying down. This story could very well be the straw that breaks the camels back, finally! Unfortunately, the shorters friend (the ones that get the kickbacks, some media.), are having a field day trying to discredit and make Dr.Byrnes look like he`s high (the proof is in the evidence.), only because of his willingness to blow the whistle on them and the Wall Street Fraudsters network, they`re successfully scaring ``would-be`` investors that don`t know what the truth is, and the shorters are winning, as no ``New`` investors are coming in to a stock where controversy is spread. Ain`t that a bi-otch. Even the fundamentals are suffering, people don`t like ``doubt.`` Good people can`t win and the scamsters laugh all the way to the bank. I guess it will continue this way until people start to understand the game and then stand up for themselves. Thanks for letting me vent ya`all. It`s been awhile since I have expressed my opinion on EDIG, I got most of it out. Anyone interested in contacting me for questions, or comments, I`m at Mikesaguru@cox.net mguru
