Giants...it's one of the issues that management (FF) gave us cause to be on the look out for in his PR.

FF expected it, so should we. Thing is, it came sooooooo late that one has to feel there is something going on to keep the binders on e.Digital for as long as possible. FF must be having the same feeling and questions we(I) have.

IMO, the defendants are not going to bother with a petition....the appeals court seemed very adamant in its decision.
