In looking at the direction GOOG is going, to dominate the internet, context awareness, you name it, EDIG's IP is a perfect fit.

They also have been very aggressive buying outfits to compliment existing business sectors, or use buying companies to enter into new areas, and stock pile more and more patents.

If we could only be so lucky...
