The most recent news I can find on(of all things) Google was an agreement in June of 2014 signed between Nest and Dropcam for the aquisition of Dropcam by Nest for 555Mil....pending certain adjustments, regulatory approval....yada yada yada.

Maybe that deal has not as yet been finalized and that's the reason the suit names Dropcam. Or...maybe Dallas would have won if the game were played ten years ago.

But I digress. I'm old.
