I am thrilled with the recent success of Edig, enjoy the positivity of the board as it is as opposed to those days of moaning and complaining and love the direction of the stock price. That said, if I am not mistaken, our agreement with Handal calls for Edig to receive 66% of proceeds, Handal to receive 33% of proceeds and Handal to credit back to Edig all of the $30,000 monthly payments that we have been making. This deal, which Fred negotiated, is better than the one with DM AND Handal is making real progress.
