We're not in the doldrums...we are simply on hold.

The follow up issues of the appeals process have not fully completed and are in question.

SNDK ...totally MIA

GoPro, Inc....answer by 2-12-15...apply for re-hearing or settle

Pantech....answer by 2-12-15...apply for re-hearing or settle

Futurewei Technologies, Inc.(Huawei) ....answer by 2-12-15...apply for re-hearing or settle.

The questions are unanswered as to what these defendants are going to do.

SNDK, being the strangest, unsettling, of the three. Its docket has been dead since 1-24-14 without any reference of conclusion to the appeal ruling.

Of all the companies, thus far, SNDK(Msystems) and Micron(Lexar) I consider them to have absolute parallel circumstances to e.Digital.

Why is SNDK in such a state of MIA? Might SNDK be trying to beat Micron to the punch?
