Yes I’ve read that, so called, formality.

Does that justify not updating the SNDK docket?

It's not right for the SNDK docket not to mirror that consideration.... they are all separate cases.... with separate proceedings.

I also note that filing to the Huawei docket was done in conjunction with a mandate filing by e.Digital.
