My guess is that all infringers(of 108) are , at this stage of the game , in the mode "we will deal with this if and when they sue us". However, it is doubtful distributers are this savvy to the issue and as you can see by the complaints are once again being brought in (mouser for example). Hopefully this causes some pain. JMHO.
