FWIW--it makes all the sense to me that companies are infringing on the flash patents--they have been around a long time and we, only now, are enforcing them and especially with the recent 108 claims construction. What disappointed me was that we now have two suits for infringement of Nunchi which has only been in the public domain for a couple years. I believe it is critical to sign licenses for Nunchi and MS and then maybe we will have to sue less infringers.
