Now, I personally believe HANDAL must have weighed the risks before they started the new PATENT 108 cases and decided it was in e.Digital's favor to go ahead with litigation. I really BELIEVE IN HANDAL and have FAITH that they really do know what they are doing. I trust their judgement and hopefully it all plays out in our favor. Maybe more is going on behind the scenes then we are privy too... I'm DAMN SURE FRED ain't talking...LMAO
