For now, it's FlashR for me only until that happens.

I do not fear the inter-parties review, if it's considered by a defendant early on in their respective case. Bring it on defendant, a subsequent positive claims construction order is in front of that review as well.

It's the last minute detail for a motion to stay a case, waiting while an inter-parties review happens, that is where I have a concern.... that is an attempt to stall the case, IMO.
