Our problem is that we have had judges who did not have a clue to what even the patent laws were all about. We suffered a CE by a judge who did not like who represented us because the lawyer had one of her discisions reversed. To some thats justice to me its B.S. If we can't get judges that are expert in the field of electronics then we are in deep s----.
