Initial Patent 774 wasn't out till 2-13- 96...the only thing technical one might have considered is the application of 737...and that published to patent 4-21-1998.

4 bucks...and consider what is understood now of e.Digitals tech? You can't even make a comparison to 94.

If that CO Markman ruling was ruled the way it should have been ruled, or briefed to the court the way it should have been...no doubt in my mind, you would be very happy....with room to grow on the new issues.
