We will be able to judge for ourselves if the collective settlements through 12/31/14 were 'significant' or not when the 10Q is filed probably by no later than Friday the 13th .

We'll get another chance to judge the 'significance' of settlements through 3/31/15 when the 10K is published by 6/30/15.

In both cases if we are too lazy or fearful to determine for ourselves exactly how much would or would not qualify as 'significant', then the market will surely take care of that task for us.

Personally I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised by the 10Q, but I have not bet any new funds on it.
