Once again not sure this is accurate--I write stuff down and sometimes miss changes that have been made. My notes say that Fri. Feb 13 is the last day that anyone can request an appeal of the 108 claim construction--one short week away, which in Edig time is equivalent to a nanosecond. Also, I emailed Fred about a new digital music player called PONO(no R) it holds 2 million songs and is being sold at Frye's Electronics for $400. Neil Young was on the Jimmy Fallon show singing with Fallon and talking about this new device. Fred answered, thanks for the heads up.
