"too much theorywher's some objective principle from edig"
emit...you insult many on this board who contribute vast amounts of information and direction for the questions you ask.
emit ...if you want the "objectivity" in regard to e.Digitals legal issues...get a pacer account...like me, let go, or sman, or many others on this board and read the briefs....especially those that are noted to be a "response" ...and you will find the "objectivity".
The "objectivity" is all in the briefs of Handal...or, for more highly technical issues, through the teachings by Gurries, Daberko, or PN.
Litigation is not built on "theory" ...it's built on considered facts...Facts that are founded or unfounded.
Handal just handed you some cold hard facts through a claims construction ruling....of founded technical issues.
Handal just handed you some could hard facts regarding non technical issues in the way of an appeal process separating 774 from 108 as independent issues.
No theory in either of them.
All that said, there are no grantees here....so why do you continue to be so.... 1 thin dime-ish? Or so pessimistic?
Do you understand what you are invested in?
