This order constitutes the spreading of the mandate upon the minutes of the district court.

Upon spreading of the mandate in e.Digital v. Woodman Labs, et al., case no. 12cv2899, and e.Digital v. Pantech Wireless, 13cv23, this Court will set a hearing to discuss the status of the litigation and the parties' suggestions on how to proceed. Signed by Judge Dana M. Sabraw on 1/6/2015. (akr)

SNDK is a bit of a mystery, in relating to a subsequent filing by the court issued to the HUAWEI docket, regarding "This order constitutes the spreading of the mandate upon the minutes of the district court."

SNDK did not get any formal filing to its docket....

All four, however, have not closed their respective cases subsequent the appeal ruling.
