If you read the recent brief of Micron, a response to e.Digials brief...

According to attorney comments in the brief, in short words "Micron knows that it will have to pay up."

According to further comments, in short words "Money issues aside, the stay, in Microns opinion, should be considered, as the money will be there if the IPR is dis-positive to Micron.

The attorney pointed out the monetary issues involved...as if that is the only reason that Micron is being sued.

My note to the attorney...yes there are monetary implications...but, that is not the only reason for suing Micron or any other defendant.

It's an act of self-preservation in protecting ones rights and property. Property issues that Micron has a complete understanding for.

Being (pick a word) is what it was, IMO.

It was like admitting guilt without going to trial....???

Anyway...FWIW
