Message: I'm very surprise

I'm not so sure that is right Joe. Handal and Fred are performing a balancing act between keeping money coming in and trying to get the most possible. If they thought that we had sufficient funds or knew that a Nunchi or MS license was just around the corner they could not accept any settlements and say, fine let's go to trial right now, but that is not what they are doing. I believe they are trying to squeeze as much income out of the flash patents in the short run to give Nunchi and/or MS the time to be needed by others. The last Q report stated that we have operating cash on hand, if no other money comes in, to last for 12 months. They know that some money will be coming in but, evidently, they are not sufficiently confident to say "fine, let's just go to trial." I believe in Handal and the strategy he is employing. Tony H. could retire if things go sufficiently well with how he represents Edig.
