It sure is, seeing the court just handed marching orders to Huawei, Pantech & GoPro....and not one peep of SNDK and their post appeal considerations.

lol, I would say so....and whatever is going on.. is not totally about 737, the only issue SNDK is directly obliged to settle post appeal.
SNDK is being treated by the court differently than the other three.
