Why is it that e.Digital is waiting to file patent 108 infringement on SNDK? and for that matter APPL? and OTHER BIG NAME COMPANIES?

Well, IMO, we definitely have the EDGE now with TWO FAVORABLE CLAIMS CONSTRUCTION RULINGS. Maybe behind the scenes action by HANDAL?
