I used the word DISAVOLLED (not a word that I know...stupid) a few times when that word shud have been DISAVOWED. Micron used it in the context of definitions between 445 and 108 where a definition of DIRECT ACCESS was stated one way in 445 but that definition in 108 was dropped and admitted to being dropped by Handal. Micron wished the judge to believe the 445 definition was the correct one and not the 108 definition. The judge pondered a bit, looked at her paperwork some then asked Micron "Isn't 108 a seperate and different patent than 445? The Micron atty admitted it was, and the judge then asked why he was trying to insert 445's definition into 108....As Mr. Handal stated "he had no answer"
