Micron is a preeminent tech company right up there with IBM and Intel when it has come to developing the computer as we know it now. They have been around for over 35+ years. Before the likes of Kingston who commoditized personal computer RAM cards Micron was the only game in town. Back in 1999 and 2000 Micron skyrocketed just like all the other tech companies and are up over 250% in the last 5 years. A claim construction we got from Judge Huff is almost unheard of in the tech world. She completely schooled Micron with EDIG tech.
I could never keep it straight about whether or not you could short EDIG but if there are shorts we could see a huge short sqeeze. After the claim construction who with a half a brain cell would want to be holding a short interest in this stock?
Long term of course there will be acton against the likes of San Disk and Apple to name a few small companies.
