Its true that in a year the patent rights of what edig owns will come to an end. But we must remember there are no limitations t6o the crime. If a company stole or used what did not belong to them, those from whom it was stolen have the right to seek justice. Keep this in mind also, the theft was not done just once but that these companies continued to steal all through the time that the product that they were selling was manufactured.

Its not as if they did not know what they were doing. They all did. They made billions of dollars from their theft. What ever their argument were and are, the issue is did they steal. Yes. Are they given the opportunity to make ammends? yes. Some are. Others are fighting becauses they got used to stealing without paying for things. They have a history of that. One has freely admitted to doing just that.

Handal is getting the list straightened out before the year is out so that those that have this habit are put on notice that EDIG is coming after them. Some 69 got the word , these others are fighting like the big fish they are but it won't do them any good if the judges that are doing the examinations are playing a STRAIGHT game. We had a bad experience with a judge that had no idea what they hell she was doing and wasted 4 years of EDIG's time and money but justice will prevail provided the judges have some inkling of what the whole issue is all about'
