Joe, I have the utmost respect for your opinion and long relationship with Fred and the company. That said, "The company is not going to say: 'we made a prototype for Intel.'" and I say why not? What would be so wrong with them saying that? No negotiation details, no numbers, no progress report, just stating the fact that they made a prototype for Intel which would infer only that they were considering adopting the tech. In fact, if other companies knew that Intel was merely looking at the tech, it might cause them to also become interested. If true, I do not see what harm it could do unless of course the dreaded NDA has been invoked.
