Now, why is the Huawei settlement significant? well, in my opinion, Huawei settled with e.Digital after patent 108 was released from collateral estoppel, and after TWO FAVORABLE CLAIMS CONSTRUCTION RULINGS for PATENT 108...

Now, this is PROGRESS because after being held in limbo (collateral estoppel) since 10/9/2013... (that's a long wait for justice to be served ,but justice has been served) e.Digital is now MOVING FORWARD with a cleared and validated patent 108, claim 1. Huawei is the first to settle with e.Digital, with possibly several more to come, including PANTECH & WOODLAND (GoPro).

So, the MARCH goes on... Congratulations e.Digital and Handal & Associates for the progress being made.
