It's always a crap shoot.... take less than you deserve in settlements or risk loosing those with a trial. One adverse court decision and it's over. I'm sure this issue has been debated constantly by the company and Handal. However, somewhere, sometime, it becomes necessary to display one's cajones. Maybe we'll get a good look at them in the upcoming cases relating to Nunchi infringment Those cases are so much more important to the future of this company. As important as "108" is now, it's in our rear view mirror.
It would be better if the company convinced someone to buy their new products.....NOW. Every day their value diminishes. This industry is notorious for inventions that became obsolete, yesterday.
