In the finale analysis, it still depends on just what the Judge has in the way of knowledge. We wre already stung by the ignorence of a judge in CO. That not only cost us time but money which most of us have a limited amount. Its sad that the law can be played with and that justice can be denide because of the stupidity of judges who go on their opinion rather than the law as written.
