Letgo or anyone--"in light of the fact that a mandate has issued by the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the Woodman Labs and Pantech cases," etc. Is the court trying to say, since Edig has won unanimous decisions in both claims construction hearings the court wants to know how much progress with these two companies as well as Sandisk has been made to settle this matter? Must go before judge on 3-20 to explain progress or lack thereof?
