I've been wondering about this for a while now.

Did the people who we've filed against for Nunchi infringement knowingly infringe or did they just trip over the technology?

If they knew, were they made aware because EDIG attempted to sell them a license? If not, how did they come across it....by accident?. Will it make a difference in settlement talks?
