Oh well, everyone has an opinion about e.Digital and how the company should be run... and some want to give advice on how the cases should be litigated. I do not fault anyone for having an opinion.

So, I'll join in on the fun... here's my opinion along with historic events.

In 2010 we got blasted by the COLORADO RULING, if that was not bad enough, we got blasted again by the CALIF RULING. Now, I don't have to tell you, it looked very bleak for e.Digital and the shareholders. Handal got handed a bucket of crap and was expected to find a gold watch inside ....lol Well, they just might have, we will have to wait and see.

Now, as far as the previous settlements amounts are concerned... we were lucky to get what we got... in my opinion, HANDAL worked some damn magic to get the paltry settlements we received but it kept the doors open long enough for them to win the APPEAL and get TWO FAVORABLE CLAIMS CONSTRUCTION RULINGS. Handal is doing a SUPERB job, given all of the circumstances. I trust they will continue to give it their best effort.

1. Am i frustrated about the previous settlement amounts? sure I am, but I am hopeful for much larger settlements? Yes, I surely hope so. It just has to play out and no one likes to wait.... especially waiting for years on end. Not one of us is getting any younger...lol

Now, the share price.... before the first favorable claims construction ruling in Dec 2014, the shareprice was hovering around .04 cents....sigh.... then after the ruling, it blasted up to the magic 52 week high of .15 cents. This may not look like much of a gain but percentage wise, it was a leap. Now, of course, we sit between .10 -.12 cents and have been here for weeks. So, why hasn't it moved up or moved down for that matter?

• Well, your guess is as good as mine but it seems we are waiting to find out about the Micron IPR for one thing.
• Settlement amounts from PATENT 108 for the last quarter.
• All the new Patent 108 cases filed after the favorable ruling.
