Listen up folks, Plank very rarely will send out an opinion....that contains asteriks for heaven sake's without billing someone!
Plank's opinion, here are the alleged, "damages" and infringing products AND SERVICES from the Complaint against Dropcam, owned by Nest, which is owned by GOOGLE,... .................................hello anyone home?
these are not just little cameras allegedly infringing....these are allegations from Complaint--Plank has bolded/underlined.....this is a partial excerpt:

The Defendant’s accused products for purposes of the asserted patents include but are not limited to the Dropcam and Dropcam Pro wireless camera systems, which include, without limitation, Defendant’s server and subscription services for remote monitoring and communication. 9.
