emit, first off the PTO has to consider if the filing was timely...as it looks it was not...with that it should be denied.

IMO, Microns IPR amounts to nothing as in being to late to file....it was too late to file its motion to stay with the civil court as well.

They seem to be procrastinators....

Not only are they that, they are not represented by efficecnt council. What has them behind the eight ball in filing late...they served notice to the wrong 108 representation....lol

They copied Intels file and sent it to (North), where representation changed to Purcell in the interim....lol

As of the e.Digital response on the matters, they still had not noticed Purcell....that was mid FEB. which puts them near two months past the one year limit.

Even though there's a no branier here, you never know what the legal authorities might do...after all it's Micron..lol
