All parties? rather than both parties? Not being a lawyer, who are the parties? Is this pertaining to other similar cases? Or is this just standard for the two/both parties? Just looking for clarification because " all parties " meaning both HP and EDIG would be great. "All parties" meaning other similar cases would be outsanding. Yet I don't know how this one case can remedy other cases and other parties --- especially Globally!! ..... TIA
