For this patent they are giving a June 7 1995 filing date with a April 27 1999 published patent date. With that, they claim a priority of 1992 with application 828763 and do not want to show this priority to the public.

Application numbers are normally 8 characters in length (see red above) with that, as an application number it's two digits short for some reason.

If you try to do QUICK search for applications on USPTO site...they only go back to 2001 now....for some reason the USPTO has changed that criteria as well.

The material I down loaded yesterday is time stamped M 29.01.93 (01-29-1993) or one year apart from the application 828763**.Jan 29, 1992.

Anyway

I at least confirmed what the number is, it's an application number with two numbers missing.
