MOTION AND NOTICE OF MOTION TO ALL PARTIES
It's a Motion to anounce(?) what they intend to do at the May 4 hearing with a Notice of Motion @ that time.....to move for an order modifying the Consolidated Scheduling Order and granting Movants leave to amend their respective answers and counterclaims in the abovecaptioned, consolidated actions.
"The motion is based on this Motion and Notice of Motion,"
Trying to put that phrase into prospective in tying the language together doesn't seem to fit...
Where for the initial Motion, I'm wondering how the judge responds. What's the intent of the initial Motion?
It's reading like some kind of an anouncenment leading into the Notice of Motion.
