Doni-- It appears as if the "LAW" always gives itself a way out. The only ones that have to pay is us. They could care less. If they did care about it they would have spelled it all out at the start to prevent the hair splitting. If the original patent does not contain any language specifically it should not be permitted unless another patent with those additions are made that predate what someone else might have come up with.
