As I stated earlier, Krueger does not consider the phrase “a logical link between the previous logical data segment and the new data segment ” within the scope of its patent does the word "logical" exist regarding file systems.

The petitioner wants the board to interpret the pointer issues of the Krueger patent as the same logical issues of the e.Digital patent.

With that, I'm done with it. I'm making too many mistakes and getting ahead of myself. I can't get use to thinking squarely on terms of limitations.

Lets hope the hard issues of statue law end Micron so that e.Digital can move on. It should end there if structured law is to be adhered to.
