Whatever, I've been waiting over 15 years, so two years is like a blip in history relatively speaking.

I am confident that because if Fred doesn't close a deal soon he won't be able to spend his money in his retirement. The alternative would be that he'll have to spend it from his convalesent bed... or his children can take up where he leaves off. Talk about an incentive!!!

Plus the biggest incentive of all is that Joe is only going to hang around for the next 3 years and then Fred will have to have lunch at the Italian place all alone.
