IMO e.Digital consul would be remiss not to pursue this issue which was so artfully sidestepped in the USPTO board response to the motion to deny. As if we would be so easily quieted . So now the USPTO board will have to at least speak to the issue - my guess another artful dodge - we will shake our heads , and that will probably be it .
